Breaking the cycle of poverty through education

What do we do?

The Giving Tree is an organization founded by Tanvi Rakesh and Tara Rakesh. We are partnered with the Sahasra Deepika Foundation which is an organization that provides a caring environment to underprivileged kids. We are working with you to raise money in the form of donations and also collect supplies in order to help the kids at Sahasra Deepika realize their dreams and excel in life.

How can you help?

You can be a part of this mission by making a contribution towards this wonderful cause or by attending one of our events to provide assistance and support for those in need. If you are interested, contact us and we will let you know about upcoming events and opportunities.

Why did we decide to do this? 

We decided to create The Giving Tree so that we can give back to our community and help children in need secure a better future. We believe that helping people around us and spreading kindness is a positive step in making the world a better place. We would like to give the means and tools to those in need so that they can be successful in life.

Where does your money go?

 Your money goes towards supporting underprivileged children with their basic necessities and education in order to make them self sufficient and independent. 

How will we use your donation?

Your donation will be used to help underprivileged kids with their educational  needs and help them be independent. Your contribution will help provide food, clothing, educational supplies and other necessities.
